Health & Welfare — Plan Documents

The Alaska Electrical Health & Welfare Fund offers several different Plans.  Each participant receives a copy of a Summary Plan Description (SPD) when they enroll in a Plan. The SPD explains the details of your Plan: your eligibility, your benefits, and your rights under the Plan as required by ERISA.  If you need help determining your plan(s), please call the Administrative Office and ask for a Contributions Representative.

The benefits listed in your SPD may be affected by a plan amendment or a material modification - be sure to check below for these in the Summary of Material Modifications.

Summary of Material Modifications

A Summary of Material Modifications is mailed to all plan participants when a material change is made to the Plan.
