To select a vision care provider that is a member of the VSP network, go to VSP's website at www.vsp.com.  To enter the site, you will need to enter the social security number and last name of the participant (employee) in the member sign-on.

Once you have selected your provider and scheduled an appointment, the doctor's office will call VSP and confirm your coverage.  If you are not listed as eligible, have the doctor contact the Administrative Office. 

When your eye exam is completed, you will be responsible for your co-payment and any cosmetic options or other services not covered by the Plan.  The doctor's office will file the claim with VSP for the covered services.
