How It Works
Participating employers make contributions for each participant
according to their collective bargaining or special agreement.
These contributions are either an hourly or a flat monthly rate.
Benefits
In a nutshell, the Legal Plan:
- Pays a portion of your legal fees
- Connects you with
participating attorneys for advice
-
Negotiates with participating attorneys to provide legal services
at a reduced rate
Legal Plan benefits are based on an
hourly rate of $125. Should you choose an attorney
(participating or non-participating) that charges above $125 per
hour, you are responsible for all of the amount in excess of
$125 per hour.
