Vision care is another
benefit provided by your health & welfare coverage.
Vision care is administered by Vision Service Plan (VSP),
who has network of member optometrists and
opthamologists that provide vision services at reduced
rates. You may use a provider that is member of
the VSP network or you may use the provider of your
choice; however, your co-payment rate may be affected.
VSP
maintains a great
website that shows vision benefits for you and your dependents in
detail. To help you locate a member optometrist, VSP's website also has a listing of all VSP member
doctors by geographic region.

vision benefits see:

If you are planning on
using an optometrist that is a member of the VSP
network, see
using a VSP provider. If you
are planning to use a provider that is not a member of
the VSP network, see
using non-VSP providers.
