Each January we ask every retiree to sign a Retiree Signature Certification form which must be signed by the retiree and notarized by a Notary Public.  The purpose of this form is to prevent fraudulent pension payments by verifying that you are alive and personally receiving your pension payment.  Failure to return the form may result in a suspension of your monthly benefit, so please return the form promptly. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010

We are committed to helping our participants understand and implement the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) signed into law in March of this year. We are currently analyzing the details of the law and what it means for our participants and their families. Some provisions in the law take effect as early as January of 2011 while others won't take effect for several years. We have recently sent a letter of explanation to all of our participants.
