Planned Surgery Benefit

Your health plan options include a supplemental planned surgery benefit

through BridgeHealth—at no additional cost to you.

The BridgeHealth surgery program saves you money and expands your provider options beyond the medical plan network to top-rated hospitals, surgery centers and doctors nationwide. When you choose a BridgeHealth provider, the Trust covers your surgery at 100% and pays for airfare, lodging and a meal allowance for the patient and a companion.

Most Common Covered Procedures

Emergency, vision, dental and some minor procedures are not available through BridgeHealth.
