Contributions Representative

The Contributions Representative supports the administration of employer contributions by auditing, processing, and reconciling reported hours and payments for employee benefits. This role serves as a key point of contact for employers and participants, ensuring contribution accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records, and assisting with billing, eligibility, and reciprocity inquiries. The Contributions Representative also supports month-end financial processes, system updates, and compliance with applicable regulations and confidentiality requirements, contributing to the efficient operation of the Contributions Department.

Pension Representative

The Pension Representative supports the administration of pension benefits by serving as a primary point of contact for participants and maintaining accurate plan records. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries, processing retirement benefits, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and plan requirements. The Pension Representative also assists with data management, participant communications, and general administrative functions to support the overall operation of the Pension Department.
