Mat-Su Valley:

Anchorage:

Soldotna:
Central Peninsula Hospital, 250 Hospital Place
- Sept. 27: 8am–noon
Juneau:
Centennial Hall, 101 Egan Drive
- October 4th 8am-noon
Lab Tests Available at the Health Fair
Testing is available to adults over age 18, and results will be sent to you directly. Pre-registration for lab tests and flu shots opens on August 4th. Pre-registration closes 3 Thursdays before the fair unless a date reaches maximum capacity prior to the scheduled close. You must register to attend.
Fasting and non-fasting labs will be available at some locations. Non-fasting locations are noted when you pre-register. If you prefer a non-fasting lab, please schedule your appointment later in the morning to accommodate fasting participants.
Please visit the pre-registration website for more information on the following screening tests, 100% covered by your health plan:
- Chemistry/Hematology/A1C
- Thyroid Screen
- Prostrate Disease Screen (for those age 40 and older)
- Vitamin D Test
Flu Shots Available
The Trivalent flu vaccine is offered to eligible participants age 9 and over (pending vaccine availability) and provided by the Coalition. High dose is not offered. Soldotna participants between the ages of 9-17 will receive a flu shot voucher.
You must register in advance, as space may be limited at some locations.
