Beginning January 1, 2026, the Fund will offer Sword Health digital physical therapy programs, providing expert-guided care from the comfort of home. Sword programs available:
- Thrive – Pain Recovery and Rehabilitation
Thrive focuses on treating musculoskeletal pain such as back, joint, and muscle pain. Participants work one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist who creates and adapts a personalized recovery plan. Motion-tracking technology provides real-time feedback to help ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively.
- Move – Strength, Mobility, and Injury Prevention
Move is a proactive program designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility while helping prevent future injuries. Guided routines and progress tracking support healthy movement habits before pain becomes chronic.
- Bloom – Pelvic Health Care
