Care is delivered through phone, video, or online visits, allowing access whenever and wherever it works best for you.

Primary Care

Through Teladoc, eligible participants can access virtual medical care for a wide range of non-emergency health needs, including:

  • Routine check-ups and general medical concerns
  • Preventive care and health screenings
  • Personalized health plans and ongoing care guidance
  • Treatment for common illnesses and minor injuries
  • Prescriptions, when medically appropriate

Care Advocates help coordinate care, answer questions, and ensure participants understand their options, so they can focus on what matters most.
From initial consultations to treatment planning and follow-up care, Progyny’s integrated approach ensures participants receive consistent, informed support throughout their journey. Care is tailored to individual needs and goals, helping participants feel confident and supported as they navigate family-building decisions.

Mental Health Support

Teladoc also provides confidential virtual mental health services with licensed professionals, which may include:

  • Support for stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns
